Problems logging in
Passwords are CaSe sensitive and they are required to have a mixture of both upper and lower case. Find the original email we sent you with your User Name and Password when you
registered or the last one you received if you used the Profile->Recover Password menu. Search for this email
from crescendo.co.nz. Copy and paste these onto the page for accuracy. If this fails, use the
recover password feature.
